Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU and Swedish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify ISEN & Co of your decision to return the item within this 14-day period.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In original condition

With all original tags attached

Returned in original or suitable protective packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@isen-co.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ISEN & Co cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at via our contact us page.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, the exchange will be processed as a return and refund in accordance with this policy.
Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at within a reasonable time, including photos where possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with consumer law.
