Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All ISEN&Co orders are shipped from Sweden.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the EU, with international shipping available to selected destinations.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the EU, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. In line with EU and Swedish consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
What condition must returns be in?
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?

Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
